Elite Office Furniture completes move to new 300,000 sq ft manufacturing facility

Goole-based office furniture manufacturer Elite Office Furniture has successfully completed the move to its new purpose built 300,000 sq ft state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on the outskirts of the town.
Situated off Rawcliffe Road and with fast access to the M62, the new facility provides the manufacturer with additional production capacity to implement its strategic growth plans.
As part of the move from its previous location on Brittania Way in Goole, the business has invested in a suite of new CNC machines for its manufacturing divisions.
This has left a surplus of plant and machinery that will be realised by online auction from the former premises.
Yorkshire asset advisory specialist Walker Singleton has been appointed to advise and assist in the structured sale of in excess of 300 auction lots. These are across joinery manufacture; fabrication and engineering; powder coating and finishing; storage handling; and stock.
With premium, globally recognised machines by Homag, Weeke, Selco, Amada, Prima Power and Gama, the disposal strategy will appeal to companies operating within manufacturing sectors.
