Bradford-headquartered automotive retailer JCT600 has received a record number of AutoTrader Highly Rated Awards after 10 of its dealerships across Yorkshire, as well as two in the North East, were recognised for delivering outstanding customer experience, just weeks after the family-owned business celebrated its 80th anniversary.

Designed to recognise retailers that consistently deliver exceptional customer service, the awards are based entirely on verified customer reviews left on the AutoTrader platform.

The Yorkshire dealerships awarded AutoTrader Highly Rated status are Porsche Centre York, Grimsby Audi, Hull Audi, JCT600 Approved Doncaster, JCT600 Approved Leeds, JCT600 Approved South Leeds, Volkswagen Van Centre Leeds, Volkswagen Van Centre York, Changan Hull and XPENG Leeds.

The 12 accolades AutoTrader Highly Rated Awards are the most JCT600 has received in a single year and reflect the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.

In June, JCT600 celebrated 80 years since it was founded in Bradford in 1946. The fourth-generation family-owned business now operates more than 50 sites across the UK, represents more than 20 automotive brands and employs over 2,000 people.

Andy Bateman, customer experience director at JCT600, said: "Winning a record number of AutoTrader Highly Rated Awards is something we're incredibly proud of because these awards are voted for by the people who matter most, our customers.

“These awards are a credit to our colleagues across the business who consistently go above and beyond for our customers every single day.”

He added: "Our ambition has always been to deliver the very best customer experience, and that's why we continue to invest in things like the way we manage enquiries, introducing smarter customer communications, investing in AI technology or empowering our colleagues to deliver exceptional service. Everything we do is centred around making every interaction with customers as positive as possible.

JCT600 also assesses its dealerships against a range of customer experience metrics through the company's internal scorecard, with customer reviews and feedback playing a significant role in driving continuous improvement.

As well as investment in customer service, JCT600 has also continued to expand its manufacturer portfolio, adding all-electric brands including XPENG and AION while maintaining partnerships with the world's leading automotive manufacturers, including Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen.
