Harrogate defence company secures £17.5m orders for Ukraine

ARMEXIS, the UK's only independent tracked armoured vehicle designer and manufacturer, has secured its first orders, worth a combined £17.5 million, for the delivery of an initial four armoured vehicles for Ukraine.
Detailed specifications of the company’s APC(T)11 (Armoured Personnel Carrier Tracked) and IFV(T)44 (Infantry Fighting Vehicle Tracked) are now being finalised with the platforms scheduled to be delivered by Q2 2027.
The orders mark a significant milestone for the Yorkshire-based defence manufacturer as it moves into operational delivery and accelerates plans to expand its production capability.

ARMEXIS employs and develops skilled professionals across a range of disciplines, including design engineering, fabrication and welding, and mechanical engineering.

ARMEXIS has a 76% UK supply chain and is looking to improve this with more British suppliers all the time.
