The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has played a pivotal role in the letting on the top floor of the stunning Grade II Sovereign House in Leeds.

Logical Personnel Solutions have taken the 2,956 sq ft fully fitted suite on a ten-year lease. The rent is £31 per sq ft.

Anthony Newbold of landlords the Northern Group, who were advised by Knight Frank, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Logical Personnel Solutions to the fifth floor at Sovereign House. It's fantastic to see another growing business choosing the building as the next step in its journey.

“Sovereign House continues to attract ambitious occupiers thanks to its high-quality office space. We would like to thank Victoria at Knight Frank for their work to get this over the line and completing this deal.
“There are still opportunities available within the building for businesses looking to establish or expand their presence in Leeds with high-quality workspace.”

There is currently 6,184 sq ft on the third floor and 5,305 sq ft on the fourth floor of quality Grade A office space at Sovereign House available now to lease. The remaining floors can be split to suit a range of size requirements.

Sovereign House, situated on South Parade, dates back to 1862 and was originally built for the Bank of England.

Victoria Harris, associate with Knight Frank in Leeds, commented: “Sovereign House is a unique and striking Grade II listed property situated in the heart of Leeds city centre.

“The recent refurbishment embraced the original features of this very special building, while also reimagining the interior space to create a working environment that meets the needs of modern-day businesses. Redesigned by award-winning architects DLA Design, the building now boasts some of the finest Grade A offices and workspace in Leeds.

“The reception and building amenities are of the highest standard. Cycling storage, showers and WCs all ensure that the building supports the wellbeing of its occupiers, while the premium office floors provide a light, airy and contemporary working environment that will appeal to inspiring, dynamic and creative businesses.

“Sovereign House’s superb location in Leeds city centre means that from coffee on-the-go to after-work drinks, there’s always something great to discover. Bustling markets, artisan street food, cultural landmarks and trendy retailers all create an ideal work and social scene.”

Victoria added: “Occupiers are now looking for quality space which will suit their staff and create a fabulous working environment. This will help to attract and retain talent, whilst also boosting teamwork and employee wellbeing.

“This is where repurposed Grade A offices in city centres across the UK come into their own. Sovereign House is a shining example of this, right here in Leeds. For this reason, I expect significant interest in the remaining available space”.
